Thanks everyone for this info. The first time I was looking for Glycerine Walmart was sold out. I ended up buying a non-USP glycerine (still 100% vegetable kosher) brand call "Africare" from Walgreens. I was at walmart today, and they had restocked their Glycerine; $3.12 for 6Fl OZ (177mL) it was labelled Glycerine USP (Humco brand) and I grabbed a couple of bottles without even reading the label. Back at home I took a glance and the ingredients showed:

Active Ingredients Purpose
Glycerine 99.5%
Anhydrous.........................Skin Protectant

I thought the other 0.5% was a chemical called Anhydrous with purpose skin protectant

But I guess the 'purpose' is for the overall combination of 99.5% glycerine and 0.5% water.
