I don't know about you guys but I'm getting very annoyed at the fact that airflow is very much restricted when using a stardust or v2 clearo or vivi tank on these apv devices. The lambo 4.0 mini Which I just received has a slot inner and other to fit ego style devices - but it's pointless to have because when you screw them on - you get very little. Airflow - like sucking on a banana . I mean it works but you can't even compare to the great airflow on a ego battery

The adapters I've tried 510-510 from 510-ego don't do anything for the flow either . So unfortunately I have to resort back to an ego battery every now and then To enjoy it. If I didn't have the to compare it to I'd think it was status quo. But since I have the comparison - I have to compare.

Anyone else find any fixes for this ? Besides adapters ?

I want to use these advanced devices but I'm limited due to airflow

I can't understand why you can't get airflow with a vivi nova and an adapter - since they don't have ego threading. I use them on APVS fine with no adapter. Do you have Vision vivi novas?
Also, have you tried the clearos with any other APV - because people do use them with APVS and they work ok. So I'm wondering if its just an issue with the Lambo you have?

Good questions kiwivap - I have an old school lava tube without the recessed connector and floating pin and I get little airflow on that also - really my issue is ego threaded attachments like the v2 clearomizer - when you screw it down into the recessed connector it's basically sealed . I have the smoktech vivi slim and when it's on an ego it seems to have more of an airy draw . I can still use the vivi tanks but the draw is tighter. It could be the way the air slots are positioned on both lava tubes old and new

Sounds like it is the air hole positioning on the pv. Some people mod by cutting grooves into the sides of the head piece. It can make it look a bit messy though.
