Just finished reading the whole 29 pages - very pretty. I'd ask "Why not symmetrical holes around the center?", in your top-plate for coil, wick, etc..
Also, I'd mention - I have been eyeing my clearomizers and tanks for weeks.. I keep wondering why no one has thought to simply design a cap and base and mid-plate to use some standard, available tubing for shell/tank (I'm glaring at my ejuice syringes) and the "standpipe", (as I call the power/post up the middle).. Three parts and done: let the consumer assemble it to his chosen height/volume. At worst, you design two sets: tall and squat - clearomizers vs stubby tanks.
I keep staring at my Vivi Tank and the Vivi Nova - al that potential, kicked in the head. *sigh* I've also been eyeing the atty "heads" of my Vivi Nova and pondering who to hit-up for a lathe/mill job, but I sure like your work ;-)

That was the initial design. Then it was commented that there was too much distance for the wire to travel to the negative screw hence the review in hole position. I have considered another 2 negative screw holes to balance it & simplify the double coil setup. However I dacided after testing it that one coil produces more than enough vapour so doubt that many would use twin coils. So I will wait to see what the testers say about it before deciding if a review in design would be better.
I had considered an extension for the centrepost to allow choice in coil height but then decided to give the option to use a screw on top or the nuts which could be positioned at any height on the centrepost. Spacers are aso made for the negative screws to allow more options in setup. Its difficult to guess what people will consider to be Best in atty design as opinions differ. Thats why I started the thread to allow people to advise on design reviews rather than do the usual build it & post as most modders do.

Nice atomizers you have going there Jim, and man what a thread! The mention of the Black & Decker drill I took straight to heart. 
Kidding aside, it sounds like it could actually be helpful for some of the really small stuff.

Hoping to get the rest out to the uk testers next wk so they arrive around the same time as in the US. So we should be hearing how they vape & if any changes could happen.
