And it's best not to buy online whenever possible. Now I'll always but the majority of my juice online because the annual price difference is thousands of dollars but that also allows me to buy nice high quality gear from the B&M. In the past month I've purchased a HANA V4D and an Aeolus RDA and I'm currently eyeballing an authentic Tugboat V2.

Here is why we should all be supporting our local shops over online. Whenever some local politician tries to heavily tax or restrict your vaping right, its these B&M owners, employees and local juice companies who are down at city hall, your county building or state capital, putting up the fight to protect your right to vape.

I always shop online, always have always will. Not just vape stuff but most everything--well I do live in the country!
My local B&M's are far and few, the closest two being over 12 miles away.
When I do decide to drive down there I always find that they STILL don't have anything new/recent.
No Sigeleis or other decent mods
No Subtanks
No quality batteries
Crappy/ dirty looking stuff to taste juices with
Clouds
Youngsters
Uninformed/uneducated staff.
When I do find something I want it's marked up 50-90%-really? What have they done for me lately?
Sorry, I am not going to pay nearly double just to keep someone I don't even know in business, especially when they don't seem to really give a crap about their customers in the first place.
Wanna make money open a liquor store..

The reason shop owners go to city hall or the capital is to save their business, not fight for vapors rights.

It doesn't matter why they are going. Just that they are going which is certainly a lot more then most vapers are doing. And most shop owners are vapers themselves or they never would have opened a shop to begin with.

And are you sure there are no other shops in your area? I used to think this too until I joined a facebook group and discovered an entire network of shops I had no idea even existed.

I guess I'm just lucky. i have a really good b&m about 20 min away. Reasonable prices, great juice menu and the employees are always helpful. There are 5 or 6 within a mile or two of my office but they are pricey and Full of 20 somethings blowing clouds all day. I have no problem paying a few more $$ for having it in hand sooner and they are usually only a few $ more and even less sometimes less than 101 vape or eciggity. I am paying for someone to clean the dripper they let me use for tasting, (they have igo droppers on mech mods for tasting) and the personalized service they provide. Other than voting with my wallet I let them know that the way they do business is appreciated.

I have come to hate the vape shops near me. They're either the hipster hangout and can't be bothered helping a random person that walks in, a subohm specialty shop that is only interested in blowing dragon clouds in your face to show off their latest build, or a rip-off shop tailored to scam as much money as possible from the newbies who don't know any better.

The one shop that I do like is a 25 mile round trip drive away. They've got good gear, great prices, and friendly service. Unfortunately the driving distance means I only go there when I've checked online and they have exactly what I want at a competitive price and I would rather get it today than wait for shipping. I never go just to look.

Lol when I read "rant" I was expecting something a little more angry than this. Glad you had a good experience.

Most of the Vape shops around here I won't go back to. One I go to for misc supplies, one I'll go to if I actually need something, and one I'll go to when they mail out coupons. For the most part though, they're not worth it.
