You have a couple options. First, you can order dealextreme and then buy the cheapest non-rechargeable CR2s you can find locally (they are used for digital cameras). You can find pairs for about $5 if you look around, and the regular lithiums last 3x the life of a rechargeable. Secondly, you can order the kit off of amazon (use their search function), but that kit is ungodly expensive (though very high quality). Third, you can go to lighthound, and they have the rechargeable CR2 (unprotected, like the ones at DX) and a 3.7/3.0 charger that you'll need spacers for (I wouldn't do this simply because the batteries are unprotected!).

Whatever you do, make sure that the CR2s you order are 3.0v because some are 3.7v and this would provide a 7.4v load on your atomizer causing it to pop very easily. I'm in the same boat you are, and I'll be using locally sourced non-rechargeable CR2s until my kit comes from DX ... the amount I'll pay in non-rechargeables will easily be made up by the cost difference in order location (I'm ordering all types of batteries and in mass quantities, though ... if you're not ordering spares this may not be the case with you). I figure I'll have enough batteries to last me the next five years!

One note on my order: I only ordered product from DX that was listed as in stock. This meant I had to order my magnetic spacers from lighthound (they are a much smaller diameter than the ones on DX, but this should not affect their use at all), since ordering them from DX would probably push my order out an additional week or more. YMMV.
