About me: vaping well over a year, started with a njoy Npro -> 401 -> 510 -> Janty Stick -> Prodigy v1 -> Prodigy V2 -> Xhaler -> Thermo -> eGo -> Riva -> WetBox -> GGTS -> Buzz.

I did win the Buzz contest and I received this item free of charge.

The item is available here: Buzz

Appearance: Aluminum tube with grooves for grip. 3 ventilation holes. Brass end caps which will lengthen the life of the threading. I have a different all aluminum device and the adapter threading has stripped already so the brass end caps on the Buzz are appreciated. Simple looking (the "guts" are anything but) and available in multiple colors. Not the most glamorous but this is a performer not an accessory.

Performance: Exactly as advertised, I will not go into throat hit and or vapor as that varies more on your juice and atomizer but if you can't find a combination you like with this device, higher voltage vaping isn't your thing. Using a multimeter and with a few turns of the voltage adjustment screw the Buzz can be adjusted to your liking. This is one of only 2 devices that I know of that have variable voltage. It has an LED that also acts as a low battery indicator (which is not available on most mods). The tach switch is small and will be difficult to find in the dark at times (I press on the LED occassionally) but has yet to misfire. I can get 12 hours off a set of Spiderfire batteries but of course your mileage may vary.

Though it only comes with 901 threading, adapters are available anywhere to use the atomizer or cartomizer of your choice. Here are my preferences:

510 cartomizers on the lower end of the power curve.

Joye 302 at nearly full blast.

RN4075 at somewhere in the middle.

I'd recommend this item to the vaper with moderate experience. It is perfect for one that likes high voltage vaping and has various atomizers that he/she likes to use at different voltages.

Any questions? Feel free to ask, I will answer to the best of my knowldege.

We have a couple things in common here. I've been vaping over a year and started with a Npro too. It worked OK but it was the wimpiest E-cig that I ever used. Wimpy as far a vapor and throat hit goes. I didn't use it long and quickly upgrade to a Janty Dura-C. :)

GREAT review! Im a ADHHHD vaper myself ;) You made it sound PERFECT! :D

With all the equipment that I've seen you post about, this is something that might be right up your alley! I've never been a fan of the 901/RN4075s but I brought them back out to use with the Buzz, with the right voltage I'm becoming one.

Yeah, though I hate feeling like I was ripped off by paying $100+ for an Npro, I am thankful that it introduced me to a smoke free lifestyle. I wasn't even planning on quitting, it just happened.

Yeah same here the Npro introduced me to E-cigs. I bought it because at the time it was the only one available in brick and mortar stores. After using it awhile I found this forum and started doing research on something better. :)

I just went and check this out at notcigs.com and it only comes with a 901 stock. You have to use an adapter for other atomizers.

On the order page there is a drop down menu where you can pick 801 or 901. I ordered mine with a 801 connection. I would have rather had 510 but he doesn't offer those yet.
