Well, I've been testing out all the flavors in a sampler pack I got and it raised an interesting couple of questions:

1. Once I fill a carto, I assume that like other liquids, it's best to keep the lids on both ends to prevent the liquid from evaporating. Is this correct?

2. When I vape to satisfaction, should I remove the carto and cover it with the caps or can I leave it on the PV and just cover the open end? Do I need to cover it at all?

I don't mind keeping things covered but my husband asked if that was necessary considering the components. I hadn't seen anything indicating that it was but thought I'd ask.

Hi Satharra. Welcome to ECF!

You'll want to keep the caps on a filled carto that is not in use. It keeps it from leaking. Once it's on your pv you don't need to cap it. You also don't need to remove it from the pv until it's time to refill it.

If you're ever trying to refill one with the condom method, those little caps are the condoms. :D

 I didn't realize those were called condoms even though I've watched a few videos and heard them referred to as such - along with one end being the .... plug. Vapers must be some real pervs! ;)

So, I don't need to put the condom on my filled carto if it's on my PV? Even if I leave it on overnight?
