On the end of the cartridges of my penstyle e-cig, there is a small rubber-like cap covering the cotton-like stuff that holds the liquid. Am I correct in assuming that this is removed before attaching it to the atomizer? Or is it supposed to remain on the end of the cartridge? I didn't notice the first one and just put it in the e-cig and noticed it later when I changed the cartridge. There's nothing in the instruction book about it anyplace.

Yes, you should remove that. It's just there to keep the cartridge from drying out in transit.

That snake is a Ball Python, the BEST snake in the world for a pet. I used to raise them and am going to be getting another one soon as I am now single again.
