Another "Cignot is God" thread...

Ok... made my first order through Cignot.

Not only did I get what I ordered. But I ordered Friday and they got it to me on Monday.

Yes... I'm 400 miles out of Chicago so it was probably an easy ship.

But what really got me was that whoever packed the box left a hand written "Thank You Mike" with a smiley face on my packing list. Actually hand written.

I'm a sucker for really nice people. They will get my business again.

Cignot is awsome. I just placed my third order with them Friday. I had email ship notification in hours and I had the product monday. Excellent. Got what I ordered and also had the hand written thank you and Smiley face. All my orders hve been shipped same day.

I recommend all my newbie converts to them for starter kits. $35 for a full 510 kit can't be beat and the eGo kit is $78 with free shipping.

No question about it, they are top notch and take customer service to levels well beyond what would be considered reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying from them and wanting an excellent CS oriented team!
