I ordered a starter kit from V2 on the 14 of DEC, (before I had found this site), and on the 16th they say they were out of the cartos I wanted and to either adjust my order or cancel. I adjusted my order and on the 19th my product hadn't shipped so I called and they said it would ship out in the afternoon. The next day the status hadn't changed so called again and they said it would ship in the afternoon, again. I cancelled my order and ordered a 510-t from goodejuices.com, and before i had even finished cancelling my order with V2 my status from goodehuices had gone from processing order to shipped. Still didn't get a tracking number, but seems like service is 100 times better.
