I finally had to register and join this fine forum that has helped me so much.
Let me start by saying that the world of vaping is tough to wrap your head around when you're first starting. After clearing my head of the fog that resulted from a week of hardcore forum reading, I ordered an Ego-C and haven't had a cigarette in the two weeks since it arrived. I didn't even want to stop smoking when I ordered it! I bought it so I could smoke in the car and in the house and elsewhere where it would normally be impossible. In 20 years, I hadn't gone a day without smoking and it's now been two weeks. It's a shame I wasted money on a carton of cigarettes the day before my Ego arrived, but that unopened carton on the shelf makes me laugh every time I pass it.
I'm using an Ego-C, type A and vaping 80pg/20vg juice, and other than a brief learning period, it's been absolutely trouble-free. The 650mah battery gets through about 3ml of juice over a day and half. Glad I took the advice of so many here and passed up on the cigarette look-alike devices.
Thank you to all the posters who have shared your insights and experiences. It's helped me get through the initial "detox" period and has saved me a bunch of money I would've otherwise probably wasted on junk from shady vendors.
