. . . and a dumb question.
I know it's regularly addressed here, and most of us are already aware, but it's never a bad idea to reiterate why V4L is such a good supplier. Over the past couple of weeks, I've had the pleasure of twice dealing with customer service. The first time was a stupid mistake I made on an order where I ordered carts instead of juice. CS fixed it for me within minutes of filling out my service ticket. Literally within minutes. I didn't even have time to sign out of my e-mail. The second involved a battery that decided to stop working two days after the warranty expired. Again, CS answered my ticket quickly, apologized for my inconvenience, and sent me a brand new battery within a few days. Thanks, V4L. You guys/girls seriously know how to keep a customer.
My dumb question is for anyone who has had to send stuff back. What do I do? They sent me an address label and some other label that says, "Replacement." Do I just go to the post office and grab one of those padded envelopes, and send it out that way? And what is the other label for?
