Another first coil thread.

So I have a lemo and just built my first coil. It's 30 guage kanthal and cotton bacon and came out to 1.8 ohms. High but no biggie. It has great vapor but little throat hit or flavour. vaping at 12w on a vs rdna40. Unfortunately I used a new juice so I'm not sure how it's supposed to taste. Stupid. Any advice or tips. Does a new build and cotton taste off or muted for a while? Needs to break in? I'm not really getting any bubbles coming up in the tank as I vape either. Think it's not wicking right.....maybe?

It could be the juice but I learn towards the 30 gauge wire being the issue. Try using 28 gauge if you want to stick with small wire and see if that works for you.
