Another glowing review of MFS service

I had to contact Chris today for the first time after recieving an order. I left a message and he called me back in like 5 min. I explained my problem and he didn't hesitate to make sure I was completely satisfied. I've never experienced better customer service. He's the only guy I'll order juice from from now on.

Anyone know if there's a problem with MFS email? Or maybe they are busy with the business and this forum. Just wondering because I've sent 2 emails in the last 3 days and haven't gotten a response yet.

Sometimes Chris can be a little slow with emails. Also, he is in the process of getting a new website up and running. If you have a special request, sometimes he is trying to work it out before he has to tell you that he can't do it. He'll get to you, just give him a little time.
