Last week I took advantage of the great unflavored e-juice sale at MFS - - whether through computer error, my stupidity or slow loading pages, I kept thinking I was going to see the 40% discount applied and when I finally got to the page, "Thank you for your order - total $" I realized something was wrong.

I promptly called MFS, Amy answered and promptly responded to send Chris an email with the info in it.

I did and when checking on it a few days later, found out Chris had manually refunded my discount that I somehow had messed up.

In addition, when I got my order (diy juice, two plastic beakers) I found a sample of Blue Motorcycle and one of the droppers that looks like a miniature turkey baster (sorry, can't remember the proper name of it! LOL) included with my order.

Thanks MFS, for the great customer service, even when it is due to customer or cyber error - for the 'extras' (haven't tried the Blue Motorcycle yet) and for making my switch to vaping even more affordable!
