Another great customer service thread

Just wanted to pass this along. I made my first order from V4L a couple weeks ago, and there were a few slight problems with my order.

I received a passthrough that just didn't work and I also received some incorrect carts. I e-mailed Mark nothing these things, and he told me to make a note on my next order.

Well, long story short, my new passthrough arrived as well as all of my correct carts. No hassle on my part!

The passthrough is awesome, and so are the Pomegranate and Almond Joy carts!

I'm sure I could find this somewhere, but how many volts does the passthrough run at?

It's certainly more than a standard 808 or 901 battery.

Pretty sure in order to run it you need 5v and 1A (1000ma).

I bought mine at cellphoneshop.net. I purchased an ACP power pack from Sun, got it today, I recommend these to everyone. You can use your PT anywhere you sit down, etc. and are away from a power source. Love it.

V4L service indeed is great! Always shipped next day if I order late evening, and the are always free goods (sometimes more than extra carts or a bottle of juice). Thanks Steve!

KR808D-1 atty measures 3 Ohm. USB out is 5V. By Ohm's law 5/3=1.67Amp. V4L has car USB 1Amp adapter that works with PT. Hope this helps!
