I realized that there were a ton of threads regarding V4L's customer service, but no collection of stories in one central location. Because of that, as well as my own personal experiences with V4L, I decided to open this thread as one place that people can post their stories (good or bad).

My stories:

I first was led to Vapor4Life upon researching PV's and stumbling across this forum. I had read that V4L had fantastic customer service so I took the plunge and ordered an Ultimate Ultimatum kit. In the directions it said to list the flavors of carts that you wanted with your order. I, being the awesome rebel that I am, did not do this. Literally within 1-2 minutes of placing my order I had an email from Steve asking what flavors that I wanted.

This was at 11pm.

I replied, listed my flavors, and waited. V4L shipped out my order the next morning, but USPS decided to take their sweet time in delivering it to me. When I finally got my order (a week later, nothing unreasonable) I was shocked to see that not only had Steve thrown in 5 extra carts, but a bottle of Hilton juice as well.

That marks great customer service story #1.

About a week later I decided that I was going to order some more carts and give them a shot. I ordered 5 36mg Banana, 5 36mg Menthol, and 5 24mg Coffee. Three days later (!) I received my order and was shocked to see that not only had I received exactly what I ordered, but additional juices as well ("sample" bottle of juice for every flavor that I ordered).

That marks great customer service story #2.

One day after I placed my order for the three sets of 5 carts I plugged in my USB PT to find that it was not working. I sent Steve (Smilin) a PM on here to let him know that it wasn't working. In response I was expecting to get a tip or quick fix, instead I got this:

I am now waiting for my order (36mg was just too high for me), but I already know how happy I will be when I receive it.

That is great customer service story #3.

I dare someone to come up with better customer service from any website on the internet. I have ordered from a plethora of online sites for a variety of things (from clothes to computer hardware), and never I have experienced service that comes anywhere close to what I have received from Steve and staff. Because of this I have handed out as many business cards as possible and have resorted to hand-written notes when I run out of them. I will continue to order all of my PV supplies from V4L regardless of what sales (etc) that I see posted on here. I am now, like most others, a loyal customer of Vapor4Life and will continue to recommend them to anyone that will listen.

I can't believe there aren't already dozens of posts in here. I started ordering from V4L just over a month ago. Been vaping for almost 5 months. I fell in love with cartomizers right off. I thought I loved my 510 til I got my 801. Then I found these. Wow! The flavor is amazing!!!!

As for V4L, well again, AMAZING!!!! Steve and Mark take care of everyone like it's Christmas every day and they are Santa Clause himself. Every order includes a few bonuses and the love they pack every piece with.

I have only had one issue so far. I had a DOA manual battery. The good news is that I was placing another order as I was testing out my brand new batteries. So I simply added a comment on my order to let them know I had a DOA battery. On my next order I not only got the replacement battery, but extra goodies as well. Never was I questioned about my DOA battery even though I was a new customer.

Until proven otherwise we are all trusted at our word and never questioned. We are not expected to spend our money returning the dead parts either. Works for me. More money I get to spend on vaping supplies. These guys treat everyone like family and they make everyone feel special. I have NEVER had any company treat me so well. I don't expect I will ever find another.

To Mark, Steve and Leaford I say, keep up the great work!!!! And a special thank you to the wives of our favorite men. Without them and their support these guys would not be able to be so good to all of us!!! You guys are the best and always will be.

Well, V4L customer service is so awesome and so unlike most online shopping experiences, it's hard to know where to begin.

I placed my 1st order on the 25th of September, my 9th one last night. Every single order has been shipped in less than 24 hrs, and I have received each one in record time. Of course, Steve can't influence the USPS, but he sends every order out by Priority Mail.

The handling and shipping charge is fair and reasonable. I have yet to go over the standard $6.95 shipping charge for my zip code, and I've placed several very large orders.

Each and every order contained many free extras, some more than others, but well ... it's free and comes from Steve's generous heart! I had two orders in a row that contained free manual USB passthroughs. I had another earlier order that contained a whole box of free cartos plus some sample bottles of juice. I've had more than one order delivered with a free battery. And every single order has had at the minimum some free single carto flavors to try. Who else does that?

And the whole V4L crew is accessible. They answer their phone. They respond to emails. They are here in this subforum all the time to welcome new members and answer questions.

And they CARE! Steve just wants to see everybody quit smoking. That's more important to him than the profit. It sets a new business model, that's for sure.

I've never, ever had this kind of service before -- not online and not in the brick-and-mortar retail stores.

What else is there to say? I love V4L and will be a customer for life. :)

I chose V4L as my first e-cig vendor after reading so many positive recommendations on the forum, and I'm glad I did. I haven't yet had any significant problems that required resolution, but I'm confident that if something does occur, I'll be taken care of. Every order has been shipped promptly and always includes extra goodies. I appreciate the fact that they are very accessible here and listen to their customers.

My health condition is what brought me to e-cigs. V4L is what will keep me here. The customer service is great, and the guys treat us like we are their only customers. Always expect a reply to any questions or concerns, because they don't go unanswered. The warranty here is the best I've ever seen, and what's so surprising, is that they trust that we are honest. I have posted many times how glad I am to have joined the V4L family, and I will continue to spread the word,

I received my 2nd order from V4L Friday. Much to my dismay, my 4 boxes of blanks and 2 bottles of juice somehow didn't get included. This troubled me because the kits I bought were for friends. I didn't want to give them the kits without the carts and juice for fear that they would just go back to the analogs when their 5 carts were empty.

I sent an email to Steve and read here on the forum that he was out of town, so I emailed V4L customer service. I promptly received an email (from Mark I guess?) saying he wasn't sure what happened and he would get my stuff out on Monday. No questions, No Hassles!

I did however notice that my order didn't come with a packing slip. I wonder if this was part of the problem? Either way, with all the positive things I've read here about V4L customer service, I'm not worried that my missing items will make it to me.

Great stories ladies and gents, keep them coming. Hopefully the next time someone is considering an e-cigarette they will find this thread and make the same great choice that we've made.

CatMommy - I won't hesitate at all when I say that they will take care of you. With Steve & Leaford both out of town Mark is left to run the entire shindig all on his lonesome (from what I understand). I'm very sorry for your troubles but I'm sure that they will do whatever it takes to get you "smilin."

I just received my stuff.In a prior order the cartos I ordered were in the wrong mgs.I put a note in the comments section to let them know,I said I didnt need them replaced it was just a heads up.In this order I got an extra 5 pack of pink lemonaide and orange juice plus a new pass thru!!! Im always AMAZED!!!!Thank you guys!! I love you all!!!!Im very happy!!!

My story isn't about the freebies - those are always awesome and unexpected!! but rather the hand holding and guidance I received from my first order to the latest one. Several PMs to Mark on my first order were always answered honestly and professionally. I had several questions on another order but I noticed that it was a very busy week and the guys weren't on the forum that day. I decided to call, got the answering machine and hung up, it was lunch time and I assumed that they were taking a lunch break. Within 2 minutes I got a return call. Now That's customer service at it's finest!!!

Hmm I have a bad memory lets see if I can remember....
My first order was the PCC kit plus an extra battery? I think...got a couple of extra carts thrown in :D
So I was hooked, next order was more carts? I don't remember but I do remember I had a battery go bad on me, put it in comments, got a new battery with my next order and a couple carts :)
Had some bad RY4 carts in an order, mentioned in next order, replaced. Every order has had a couple carts at least, even a couple 5ml juice bottles. Any issues I have had, have been answered and fixed within an hour or so of me PMing one of them.
I was curious on the GreenCig carts, Steve threw two in my next order for me to try (which he was right about, I didn't like them :p) I have a friend here in town I got hooked onto vaping, she now mostly uses V4L exclusively, she definitely prefers the VK over the 901 or 510s. Another friend who got me hooked on vaping with a 510 I have now converted to the VK :D I even spoke to a teacher the other day that was hiding behind the bus having a cig, said he couldn't wait to get home to check out the site and try it. The look on his face when he vaped my 555 cart a sec was priceless :D

Best customer service ever :D Now I just needa get a better excuse on WHY I need more carts..hubby thinks my 3 tier tackle box should have a years supply in it..BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE THE NEW FLAVORS!! :cry:

Anyways, that's what I can remember :D I keep coming back and will continue to do so every time :D
