I realized that there were a ton of threads regarding V4L's customer service, but no collection of stories in one central location. Because of that, as well as my own personal experiences with V4L, I decided to open this thread as one place that people can post their stories (good or bad).
My stories:
I first was led to Vapor4Life upon researching PV's and stumbling across this forum. I had read that V4L had fantastic customer service so I took the plunge and ordered an Ultimate Ultimatum kit. In the directions it said to list the flavors of carts that you wanted with your order. I, being the awesome rebel that I am, did not do this. Literally within 1-2 minutes of placing my order I had an email from Steve asking what flavors that I wanted.
This was at 11pm.
I replied, listed my flavors, and waited. V4L shipped out my order the next morning, but USPS decided to take their sweet time in delivering it to me. When I finally got my order (a week later, nothing unreasonable) I was shocked to see that not only had Steve thrown in 5 extra carts, but a bottle of Hilton juice as well.
That marks great customer service story #1.
About a week later I decided that I was going to order some more carts and give them a shot. I ordered 5 36mg Banana, 5 36mg Menthol, and 5 24mg Coffee. Three days later (!) I received my order and was shocked to see that not only had I received exactly what I ordered, but additional juices as well ("sample" bottle of juice for every flavor that I ordered).
That marks great customer service story #2.
One day after I placed my order for the three sets of 5 carts I plugged in my USB PT to find that it was not working. I sent Steve (Smilin) a PM on here to let him know that it wasn't working. In response I was expecting to get a tip or quick fix, instead I got this:
I am now waiting for my order (36mg was just too high for me), but I already know how happy I will be when I receive it.
That is great customer service story #3.
I dare someone to come up with better customer service from any website on the internet. I have ordered from a plethora of online sites for a variety of things (from clothes to computer hardware), and never I have experienced service that comes anywhere close to what I have received from Steve and staff. Because of this I have handed out as many business cards as possible and have resorted to hand-written notes when I run out of them. I will continue to order all of my PV supplies from V4L regardless of what sales (etc) that I see posted on here. I am now, like most others, a loyal customer of Vapor4Life and will continue to recommend them to anyone that will listen.
