I have been through 2-2.9375 divorces. The last complete divorce was 8 years ago. Last serious threat was a month ago.

I've not yet had the pleasure of a colonoscopy. And if it's going to cost me every dime I put into a house for 5 years, plus the initial cost of purchasing it, I think I will pass.
