Here is another article that hit the wires over the weekend:

Here's the (again, misinformed) excerpt I found particularly amusing:

The popular electronic cigarette brand Blu has recalled their product because of battery pack problems. There is the risk that the battery pack will rupture and the Blu pack will overheat, causing the lithium polymer battery to break. They have asked for an immediate stop of the use of their original product. Something about a lithium battery exploding makes it seem like the safest option might just be to use regular cigarettes — even though the smoke is damaging your lungs, it isn’t a battery exploding in your mouth.

I believe in freedom of the press...but can't we administer basic intelligence tests before teaching people to write...?

I loved the reply that started out, "You dumb twit."

The replies are really hammering the author.

Starting out a reply "you dumb twit" isn't the best way to get someone to see your side of an argument. It just shuts people's ears to what follows and makes the name-caller appear hostile and rude. Not a good way to get people's acceptance of e-cig users and e-cigs.

there is always going to be bad press about ecgis at least for the forseeable future.
The fda is against them so who do you think will get all the press?
Probably cig companies re behind most of these sponsored press releases anyways.
