As it turns out, looks like 18 mg was more than I needed. I am very addicted to nicotine, as much as anyone else. I was smoking camel lights. The 18 mg not only took away any craving, it gave me a bit of a headache. The 12 mg is doing me fine. Maybe I am breathing it in deeper -- I am trying to make sure to get enuf nico, and maybe overdoing it.

This ECBlend free sample of "The Twinkie" mixed with TastyVapors "Pina Colada" is yummm :D
A 1:1 mix of 24 mg Pina Colada with 0 mg Twinkie.

tobacco cigs taste yuk. I tried one at lunch break just to see if I liked it or would get a buzz--nope. Didn't like it at all.

Not missing tobacco at all, a week later. This is just awesome.

I've also started diluting the nicotine, little by little, so that eventually maybe I will be just fine without any nicotine. I don't think I will ever be "cured" of e-cigarettes, though. They taste so good. It's like a hookah. Even if you don't need nicotine, you want the flavor and all. These e-cigs are a real sensory experience.

Good idea on thinning out the nicotine. I tapered myself from 18mg nicotine eliquids to 8mg liquid in about a month. I do notice that I vape a bit more with the 8mg liquid, but total nicotine consumption is down overall

Thanks, Absintheur :)

Hey, I have a question ... refilling cartomizers ... how do you know when to add, and how much?

Someone I talk with at work is buying the same kit (Halo) as I did, and trying vaping for the first time. She asked about refilling. I did a search here and couldn't find an answer. I bought a sensitive scale and I use that (weighed a carto empty and using that +1 gram as filled weight), and it works great, but what other easy way do I tell her so she doesn't have to buy a scale?

Thanks in advance.
