Another newbie aboard

Hi all,

Have been lurking on this board for quite a while now, but guess it's about time I say hi, sooo hi

I have been smoking since I was 12, and have been doing that for 25 years now, but the last few years I have been smoking 50-60 cigs a day, and felt like dirty chimney, so I really wanted to stop.

Anyway, I was browsing youtube, and somehow ended up watching Leafords videos, where he mentioned this forum.

I ended up buying a njoy, and have since bought the Sedansa, Yentl & Kissbox Classic. So far my favorite is the classic, eventhough I have been unlucky with it. A battery that smoked itself up, atomizers & auto switches that broke as well, but so far everything has been replaced without any problems at all.

From day 1 I quit the cigs, and have been 100% e-smoking for about 1 month now, and it was not that hard, eventhough I really wanted a real cig in the morning and after dinner.

I have also ordered the 'new e-cig' from e-cig about a month ago, but have not received it, and they have not replied to any of my emails, so I time will tell if I receive it

But anyhow, thanks for all your informative posts. I have really learned alot by reading them.

I must say, I am impressed with you going from 60/day to 0 , though having dropped from 30/day to 0 myself, I am not completely suprised.

Welcome aboard, Ben, and I'm glad I was a help to you! I was also an instant convert, but I was only smoking an average of 30/day (1 pack on work days, 2 packs on weekends, 1 carton total per week).

And you picked some good ones to start with. My first two e-cigs were LOUSY! But they proved the concept, and that gave me the determination to stick with them until I found some good ones. And now I try to show off the good ones to help others find them faster than I did.
