If you can work out how many puffs there are in a ml you can see how much all of us puff in a day

Hard to say, but when I started I was non stop all day for the most part. It's normal to vape more than you used to smoke when you first start vaping. I think part of it is that ones body absorbs less nicotine through vapor than through smoking (I can't remember where I saw that data though). Anyhow, now whenever I pick it up I take a few puffs until the next time I pick it up (maybe 15 minutes maybe a few hours). Usage was about 6ml a day for the first month +/- and since it has steadily decreased to about 2 - 2.5ml a day (also decreased nic from 28mg to 18mg). I can definitely say I can do without it a lot easier than I could do without a cig when I smoked.

When I started out I had the same question... But in the end I figured since I was quiting smoking it didnt matter. I vape in a pattern of 5 drags every 20 minutes for 15 per hour. I figure 15 is about what I got from a cig (king) and I used to smoke once per hour.

Or sometimes I'll take more drags. But try to keep it to around 15 per hour. Give or take a few. You just have to figure out whats best for you.

Yeah, honestly, I started vaping three weeks ago and I still couldn't tell you how much juice I go through in a day. (2 ml? 3 ml? 4 ml?) I certainly have no idea how many puffs I take. It seems like if I'm doing something where I could also be vaping, then I'm vaping :)

My attitude is, hey, I'm not smoking, so if I vape like crazy for a while, then that's fine. I'll probably try to drop my nictotine level by just a little bit in the next month or so, since I like the idea of eventually being "done" with it altogether, but I am planning to go slow.
