Another newbie!!!

Hello,
I am kind of new to vaping. I started maybe about 4 weeks ago and I have not had an analog for about 4 days now and even then I was down to maybe 2 analogs a day from over a pack a day. I took a drag off one and it was horrible, tasted like poo!! I never intended or wanted to quit smoking. I know the health risks but I enjoyed simply enjoyed smoking. Well after I tried my sisters friends e cig I went out and bought a little e cig starter kit from 711, one for me and one for my husband. It wasn't that bad but I knew there was better things out there and I did about a week and a half worth of research online and then began making some purchases, probably too many

. My husband prefers 510s but I prefer egos so it works since they are interchangeable. I primarily started vaping to save money but I have probably spent more so far then we would've on a months worth of analogs. Right now I am looking for some awesome e liquid. I have 2 sites I have been regularly ordering from but I want to expand my horizons. I also want to try to find a store front near the Baltimore/DC area. I know better then going to some mall kiosks but I want to be able to walk in a store and purchase some e liquid since I am so impatient and I don't like to wait for shipping, since I want what I want when I want it, haha. Anyway, besides all that I am a 28 year old student that is majoring in psychology, I love cats, and I love vaping. My favorite flavors are fruit blends and coffee flavors. I thought I'd like tobacco flavors but why would I want to smoke that when there are so many delicious flavors out there waiting for me to try. I also love that my cats don't have to inhale tobacco smoke when they are laying or sitting with me. It makes me feel much better that I am not risking their health with my 2nd hand smoke...

Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping.....and well of course ECF . I know you're looking for a brick and mortar store near your area but im too lazy to look it up right now but ill get back to you on that. As far as juices go, if you want quality juices for excellent prices try Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids. I know, I know, you hate waiting for shipping, who doesnt, but with the prices you really can't complain.

I don't know if I've ever actually admitted this yet but when my coworker brought that disposable Blu in for me to try nearly 5 weeks ago and I jumped on the bandwagon without thinking twice but it never crossed my mind that I'd quit smoking. Know what I thought the benefit would be? Not going outside so often in the hot Arizona sun! LOL Little did I know

Welcome to the ECF and the world of vaping! Having a brick and mortar store around is great, although, the prices are higher, more so if it's at a mall. I can't stand the tobacco flavor juices, they all taste like soapy mud to me. I prefer the fruit flavors, like lemon lime, watermelon, etc. I love cats too (as you can tell from my avatar), and I also like the fact that my cats aren't inhaling my cig smoke anymore. Actually, one of the dangers with smoking around cats is all that tar and gunk you exhale lands on their fur, they lick themselves and can actually ingest the chemicals you exhale. That makes them more sick than second hand smoke, actually.

Congrats to the both of you.
I still have not found that one e juice that would work as my all day so I am still looking.
I am running about $70.00 in the hole compared to what I was spending on the stinkies but at least I can breath again.

I too started about 4 weeks ago and reduced my analogs significantly. Down to 2-3 analogs a day and I totally understand the "tasted like poo." My reduction was slowed by difficulty finding a decent menthol. I found it quite cost effective to make my own liquid. I bought some flavor extract and PG/VG bases from Madvapes and nicotine and more flavor extracts from ecigExpress. Both shipped in 2-3 days.

I'd like to pass a warning about the 510. If it's an automatic, you will want to replace it. I had a http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-issues/329907-510-battery-meltdown.html with an automatic I had. I believe the 510 manual is safer, but I went ahead and bought an eGo-C Upgrade and an eGo-C Twist because they have short circuit protection. Just food for thought.

If you are saying you use the eGo battery with the 510 atomizer, it voids the warranty on the eGo.
