Hey y'all. Another 40 year smoker that tried vaping and never went back. Finding it very easy. Bought an iTaste V3 on Feb 28 and threw away the 3 packs of smokes I had remaining on March 3rd. Been lurking here for a bit and have learned some. Even starting to understand some of the lingo. Seems like a great site with alot of good folks.

Hi and welcome! I'm new also. I'm on day 17 smoke free! I was able to quit smoking very comfortably without cravings or too much withdrawls because I use a 24MG nicotine . It's kept my completely satisfied. I smoked 2 packs a day for over 25 yesrs! I'd tried everything to quit before including pills, patches, gum, and council. Nothing worked until I got my vaporizer. That was the day I quit. I find vaping MUCH more satisfying than smoking! Here's a tip, vape wherever you smoked. Like if you smoked while driving, vape while driving. It will help keep the cravings away. And if you do happen to get a craving for smoking, just vape instead and that craving will pass. Bring your vaporizer with you just like you would bring your smokes with you when you leave. Hope this helps. Best Wishes

CONGRATS! It is a really good feeling to throw away packs of cigarettes, ashtrays, lighters, etc... and the fact that you are finding it easy to just vape and not smoke is awesome! I just know you'll do great. :)

Happy vaping!

3 packs in the trash, way to go. I also was a long term smoker. I threw 1 pack away when I switched, but after an hour or so I dug them out of the trash (I really wanted a cigarette), but instead of smoking one I ripped the up so they couldn't be smoked. After that I found it amazingly easy to quite, I kind of feel guilty about how easy it was.
