Hey Guys and Gals,
New to vaping, Started back in jan 2012, I got a DSE901 starter kit and then i got a screwdriver MK1.
Both still work and charge fine. The DSE901 doesnt seem to be 'wicking' properly now though. Tried fresh battery, new atty and a freshly filled cart. Any help with this would be great.

Also has anyone got any cheap to make, Yet safe mods, For extended use as both 901 and screwdriver tend to run out quite quickly (yes i was a heavy smoker)
I have 3xDSE901, 2x3.7v and 2x3.0v batteries. Im mechanically minded, Having studied automotive maintenance and design (including electrics)

Once again Thanks! 8D

Welcome!

I used a couple of the DIY kits from madvapes.com that use the 14500 batteries. They worked quite well but are on the fragile side. I know I've seen a fellow patron at my local vape shop that had a more stout box that used larger batteries and was also variable voltage. The variable voltage may be a good thing to look at, I know most of my friends and I much preferred the warmth of the vapor and the shorter draw of the 5v+ mods.

There is a wealth of information to be found here and some very helpful and knowledgeable folks.

Best of luck to you!
