Another noob!!!

Hello all! My name is Danny and I've been vaping for 13 weeks. I bought a cig2o starter kit from my local tobacco shop and went from two and a half packs reds a day to none the very next day! I've done some reading since then and recently started refilling my cartos with juice from awesome vapor and its pretty tasty! I'm just curious as to the difference in the battery powers and resistance and ohms? From what I've read the stronger battys give better hits and vapor and flavor! Where should I start? I would like to upgrade to something stronger like that because the ones I've been using just aren't the same anymore and I'm getting the urge to light up again!! Please give me some suggestions ( batteries and what I need to go with them all in one package) Please help!!

BTW I think that is KR808D-1 so you should be able to use prefilled and blank cartos from Vapor4Life (hard hit w/ the WOW ones), SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet (cartos are not quite as hot but more vapory) and HalogCigs G6

I can get 7 days use out of a carto with thin clear eliquids. If you refill cartos I recommend you at least have a spare battery that is a manual (harder to damage or kill with juice leaks).

You already have 3.7v which is the highest voltage slim ecigs and the same as the top voltage of the typical fat battery models and mods unless you go to mods with high voltage or variable voltage. What you can get with the BIG 3.7v batteries and mods (mostly 510-threaded) is batteries over 450mah of charge can use the hotter LR (low resistance, low ohms) attachments (atomizers, cartomizers) to get hotter bigger hits. LR also uses battery charge up faster. However, you would be filling any of those things yourself. All prefilled cartos I know of are standard resistance.

Yes I believe it is a KR ( or atleast the same threads) I've ordered from v4l a few times and liked the wowbacco. I'm just wanting a completely different and stronger ecig or mod. I've read that they are much better for th and flavor. I just dont know where to buy from every review has mixed opinions and I don't want to drop a lot of cash on mediocrity!!! Plus I don't know what all I need to begin with! I'm just confused so many things that people write are conflicting with things I've read at other sites, and pretty much all of the sites I've looked at to order from do t give very much product description or tell you what all you'd have to buy to go with it! An eantire kit would be swell be it a? mod? Or just a ecig kit that's more powerful than what I have.

To get a harder-hitting, cigarette-like experience a KGO will do it. That's an upgraded eGo with more voltage (harder hit) and more mAh (battery lasts much longer). The kits are $42 to $46 depending on the vendor you choose. With shipping they're all about the same. KGOs can take the stress of the new (LR) low resistance supplies. That's (very) important.

KGO vendors

Hoosier E Cig Supply (use code 5off at checkout for 5% discount)
BreezEsmokes
Dark City Vapor

Other things to heighten your experience:
Low Resistance cartomizers 1.25 to 2.0 will give you a warm to very warm vape. The lower the number the warmer the vape. I suggest very warm (1.25 to 1.8ohm) for tobaccos and non-sweet flavors and 2.0 cartomizers for sweets and fruit flavors (less heat). YMMV
510 Drip Tip - put it on the end of your cartomizer in place of the plastic plug for a better vape and it's easy to pop off when you need to add juice. They're about a buck to wildly priced. You pay for cute. They function the same.
Juice With craves hitting you upping your nic level might help. If you like sweets and bakery juices, KickBassVapor.com is among the ginormous favorites around here. If you're looking for tobacco flavors, Haloejuice.com. BackwoodsBrew.net and NiteLitevapor.com have popular tobaccos.

I'm so glad you came here instead of lighting up. Hang in there. You've already succeeded. A little equipment and juice adjustment will make a huge diff. Good luck :)

Try a manual Vapor4Life battery - they have a 10 second cutoff (you can go a 10 second drag if you want) and manual makes it easier to get a good hit. The V4L manuals seem sealed pretty well inside the threaded end battery hole. If you don't mind a 5-second cutoff, the SmokelessImage manuals (available in some colors) are 3.6v regulated and totally sealed threaded end. Difference - V4L are 4.2v off the charger, 3.7v plateau, then end of charge is lower. SmokelessImage is a more even 3.6v though still drops a bit at the end. I use both. I like w/ manuals you can press the button is 1-2 seconds early so vapor is already waiting when you start your drag. Also - if you have short 180mah batteries (colored part of battery under 70mm long) then do yourself a favor and get the standard/78mm size for 120mm long ecig. 60-70% more charge and the voltage plateau will be longer before the drop off at the end.

WOWbacco is my vape too. That and WOW Vanilla sometimes mixed with Gourmet Vapor vanillarum (vanilla w/ caramel and rum). I shop the sales at both places.

Two atomizers come with the KGO kits. They're regular resistance. They're fine for testing juices. Most people use cartomizers for vaping. Fill and vape. Easy. I'm a dripper so that's a whole other conversation :) Because you're stressing and craving I'd take the simple cartomizer route. You can learn to drip with the atomizers in the kit and upgrade to LR atomizers if you find it's a fit for you.

The KGO is 510 threaded. 510 supplies will fit on it. That's the most widely-sold threaded supplies.

Got the kgo today and its simply awesome!! Totally blows the little 808s away! Thanks a million boodle for the great advice!!!

GREAT CHOICE...don't know what you are using with the KGO but, if you haven't, getcha some low resistance Boge 2.0ohm or SmokTek(Resurrector/Rejuvenator) 1.7ohm single coil cartos and take advantage of the big ol' KGO batt(both available from hoosierecigsupply, CrystalClearVaping and others).........
