One last point. If you are vaping acidic juices it could very well be the juice is eating the plastc away thus causing the plastic taste- not a good idea to vape acidic juices in plastic tanks. A long thread listing acidic juices

I can add to this information. Another article I wrote deals with what juice delivery devices that are safe to use if you enjoy vaping the volatile flavors such as cinnamon or citrus flavors. It includes a video of someone who recorded his clearomizer melting with one of those flavors. And I describe a list of devices that are safe to use.
