You can take the cap off and drip into the carto, but it's more like dripping into the filler in the carto than actually dripping into an atty. It's actually more like "topping off" a carto. If I wanted to truly drip, I'd use a regular atty. Some cartos have the caps glued on and some don't, so it depends on what kind you ordered as to how hard it is to get it off.

A lot of stuff in a carto. Why not just use an atty to drip ?

main thing is price i dont wanna burn out a 10$ atty in a week if i can do the same on 1 cartomizer that costs a fraction of the price.

Granted this to me is just speculation i havent actually received my new pv and carts yet!

You can pull the stuffing out of a carto, But just because you can doesn't mean you should. ;)

If you want to, be very careful once you get towards the middle. Sometimes it's threaded into the middle core like thread on a needle. Sometimes it's not.

I just pull the cap off, do the initial fill and then put on a drip tip and drop about 3-5 drops every 45 minutes or so while I vape.

Cartos are cheap enough that you can use a different one for each flavor you like, so removing the stuffing is really not necessary. And they seem to be lasting me as long (or longer sometimes) than attys did.

YMMV
