On friday i ordered some flavors from Jack at happy vapers and I also asked him a simple question about nicotine which he could have answered in about 2 words but not our Jack. He took the time to write me a letter explaining the whole process to me. what other supplier takes that kind of time to make sure that his customers are happy. Jack you are the best and next time that i get to Toronto I want to buy you lunch.

I wouldn't mind lunch either ;) can't say enough for him and what he's done for me. Customer service is key to any retail shop, but I think it's even more important within the "E-Cig world". We all begin as noobies and for someone to take the time to send emails or talk to you to make sure you're comfortable with the purchase is simply going above and beyond. I almost expect this kind of service from every other place I may purchase from (mainly juices).
