This petition was created a long time ago during the FDA trial and it has already served it's intended purpose.
I signed it well over a year ago, maybe even two years ago.


But it is a great petition to sign anyway, if you haven't already done so.

But I don't think the goal was met - they still have not done what the petition demands. It was originally intended to change policy for Smoking Everywhere vs. FDA and the FDA did back off (only because they lost,) but the policy of bad-mouthing e-cigarettes really hasn't changed - they still discourage smokers from switching to e-cigarettes, have not removed the lies from their web sites or retracted false/misleading statements and are still up to no good trying to find ways to get them off the market any way they can now. That is why the petition end date was removed and changed to a number of signatures as the goal.

So, I strongly urge everyone to try to get this petition to 10,000 signatures (we're over 1/2 way there) so it can be sent out to the target parties.
