I recently had my order mixed up with one of their other customer's. I notified them, and even offered to pay for the items I received rather than shipping them back.

They apologized for the mix-up, said they would ship my original item, and told me to keep the items I received by mistake.

I think this is a very cool way to handle the situation. Not only did they further impress a loyal customer, but I really felt I should share this experience with other ECF members. These folks are a class act!

Trust me, I've had other issues with a couple of very popular vendors around here, and the results weren't nearly as satisfying.
