Luckily the e-cigarette industry has reputation for great customer service, so when one stands out, it's worth remarking.
I made my first order at FSUSA based on forum friend's recommendation. I wasn't disappointed. Their website is easy to use, the prices are competitive and the shipping is a tad bit higher than I am used to, but hands down the fastest (by regular mail - no speedy extra's).
What's remarkable about them is how personable they are. My order came in with a 'thank you" note signed by a number of representatives - nice touch, plus they threw in a sample of Wyatt Earp (3ml's) my first freebie - YEAH
Just one little problem, I received only 1/2 the ml of Menthol Ultra that I ordered (great juice btw) so I e-mailed and received a prompt reply offering an apology. Wasn't expecting that seeing how big the company is. So that was nice. They sent the other 1/2 right away, and i mean right away, it was here the next day. They also included three more samples
Now here is the really (embarrassing) great part. When the package arrived, I realized that it was my mistake. I was basing the amount on a similar looking bottle and not the actual amount. They had sent the correct ML's to begin with.
So I e-mailed and explained my mistake and let them know that i was in the process of making another purchase and would like to add the $ amount for the additional Ultra Menthol that they sent at my request. I had images of people getting their wages docked or something going on a permanent record that would effect their performance reviews and other such horror stories (yes, some companies do that) And they promptly sent a reply, (paraphrase) 'No big deal. Keep it as our gift.'
And the best part of the whole thing? I never felt so happy AFTER making a purchase and dealing with customer service.
Highly recommend them, they have hundreds of juices and DIY and kits and flavors, good pricing, speedy delivery and customer service that makes you feel like you're old friends. If you are on the fence - go for it, you won't be sorry.
