I'm not sure of the exact size of the 18500 since I didn't design the ST for those batts. I designed it to be used with 16340's (2)3.6v or 3.7v.

Sorry I meant 18650 18mm x 65mm . Also what upgrades have you made on the LS since Feb? I was thinking about buying a used one.

The biggest improvement I've made is the 510 connector. The one I use now seems to be much more universal to atties, and trust me, it's the most durable and expensive one on the market. Also, I now include a 5yr warranty with Saber Touch mods bought from us. I can't warrant ones bought used since it didn't leave my hands last.
As far as the 18650's... those are 3.7v batteries, and will not work with the 5v edition of the Saber Touch.
