my only "complaint" is that he ships so dang fast! i had to be out of town for the weekend when my last two REOs arrived on a friday, and the wait til monday was agonizing

Yep, I know what you mean. I placed an order for supplies last week and it came in a day ahead of what the USPS tracking said it would......*How does he do that*......*magic, voodoo maybe*. Awesome customer service, exceptional product and a special person. I'm sure all here would agree, we feel connected with you, Rob. Thanks a bunch!
Rob is awesome. As I've stated, I've spent thousands on cars and don't get this kind of service! Hel*, even my real estate agent didn't treat me this nice. Come to think about it, no one in this house treats me that nice, and I give them a lot more money than I do Rob. Just for that, I think I'll order something soon Rob!

Yep he's a stand up guy. HE got the worlds most used Grand working as good as if not better than new recently. Its battle scarred but still works great. Shipped fast and went out of his way when the post office screwed up a bit.
