another satisfied order

Not to beat the subject to death.

BUUUT

I just got my 510 kits a few days ago from www.evapers.com.

VERY satisfied!!!

blows my m401 out of the WATER.

It seems his new site is working 100%, and the customer service was still fast and instant.


Props to can_supplier for hitting another one out of the park.



On a side note, I ordered some juice from vapables.com, I must admit; I wasnt as satisfied with the speed and professionalism that evapers spoils me with.

I JUST got my order (had to try the du more eh), and for what its worth Im not blown out of the water. I spent $120 on his site; and I still had to pay for the shipping. Plus it took over a week to receive my goods.

All in all, it was still a good experience im not saying anything bad about vapables, cause hey..im in canada, and i still got nic juice so im happy.

maybe its just me, but it seems my m401 takes way too much maintainence. Seems im always blowing out the atomizer because it can flood really easily, refilling the carts 24/7. It seemed to me like it wasnt a hobby using it, that it was a chore.

But I found if i use the m401 casually it performs really well!, like if i hit it every hour or 2, gives me a nice huge blast.

It seemed there was a big flavor difference in the 510 also.

Im not a grandmaster at using pv's so maybe was just a learning curve with the 401, but this 510 seems indestructable

I love them both. The M401/402 I use for out and about, vaping in the car, etc. But when I'm at home kicking back and blowing clouds of vapour, I love dripping in the 510, and now I can do that again! (the wife confiscated the first kit for herself!)

Haven't had any problems with the M401 yet, still on the same atomizer I started with 3 weeks ago and it's performing nicely. I picked up the usb passthrough for it and that's made quite a difference. Consistent strong hits and big vapour clouds.

I really did not want to make this post as we at Vapables do not like publicly arguing with our valued customers. Since you have posted the first ever negative feedback for Vapables. I would appreciate it if you would please provide some further details as to why you made these comments.

In all honesty sometimes the difference between great service and ok service comes down to luck, and is out of the supplier's control.

Get an order just before the postal pickup cutoff time, pack it and get it in for next day delivery, you are a hero.

Do that same thing, but find out pickup came early for some reason, then hit a weekend where the package is not moving, and have the postie sit on it for a day, its now 4 days later than the first example, you are a zero.

I am flattered by the praise here from Wackaveli. I think the key to being a great supplier is overall consistency. BUT... sooner or later we are all going to miss hitting one out of the park due to reasons beyond our control, or just human error.

I ordered once at vapables.com and that was fast, didn't have any problem besides that my question in the order comment was not answered :(, but I'm sure that usually doesn't happen, I found the answer anyway so that's fine.

By the way, to me, Vapables did a really good job on the Do More Eh, since I started vaping, this is the only juice I can use all day, so I will order again for sure. Mmmmm, Do More Eh...

Sometimes a supplier has to much information coming at them from to many places..

For me, a customer can ask me a question, in this forum, in 3 other forum, private to me in this forum, private to me in 5 other forums, in the comment section when they order, in alertpay's comment section, in Interac's comment section or by email. Whoa I hope I got them all.

Its very hard as a supplier to check all those places all the time, and unfortunately you cannot take away the option to leave a comment in a certain places, so the customers all contact you by email for example. I know its confusing to you as a customer trying to figure out the best place to leave a comment even...

My suggestion when you want a question answer by any supplier for that matter, email them, and request a read receipt of the email. :D

This is understandable, e-cigarette suppliers are pretty much all small companies, and I don't expect them to have a customer service army. You're right, an e-mail would have been better for a question.:)
