Another shout out for Mt. Baker Vapor. They rock!

I know there's another MBV shout out thread that just got started today but I feel that I have occasion to post another for their outstanding customer service.

I had purchased an MVP2 kit from MBV back in March. Well unfortunately it died after four months of use.

MBV customer service tried to help me trouble shoot the problem and even sent me a new charger cord hoping it would solve the issue. But it did not.

So after deciding that my MVP2 was indeed faulty I sent it back to them and was given the go ahead on a replacement battery. They have a SIX month warranty on all their batteries. That is excellent in and of itself.

Well not only did they replace the MVP2 battery they sent an entire new kit along with TWO 15ml bottles of e-liquid. That's a huge value. I get the new battery w/charge cord w/ new iclear30 and two bottles of liquid.

I love these folks and the way they run their business.

Thank you mount baker Vapor and may your company prosper greatly.
Thank you ECF for had it not been for this forum I may not have learned of MBV almost a year ago.

I know there are still lots of vapers out there who have not yet heard of or tried Mount Baker Vapor. I believe threads like these are not only good for MBV but for the vaping community as a whole.

I'll +2 the great customer service I bought from them when I originally started vaping, but since I moved to other juices and mechanical mods I stopped using them honestly. Found other flavors I like.

I'll +3 for MBV....When I first started vaping I was unsure what vape flavors I liked and every time I bought a 20 dollar bottle of juice from my B&M it would end up unused and unliked....Enter MBV, Their juice prices are so dang affordable I could buy 3 bottles for 15 bucks and they'd throw in a freebie bottle(for spending 15 or more) So....4 bottles of juice for 15 bucks allowed me room to experiment and figure out my personal flavor preferences....I could go on and on, Only good things to say about Mount Baker Vapor.

+4 for MBV! Love them and their customer service is outstanding! I don't have an amazing story like the OP, but they have always been friendly and helpful on the phone and that goes a long way!

My first ever order from mbv was tiny. Two 15ml bottles. THey STILL gave me a 10ml freebie.

I have moved on to other vendors I like better of late but the CS of mbv is outrageously good. +5
