I know I already posted one, but this one is different. I ordered some clearomizers to go with the big batts I bought recently. One just seemed not to work right. The assistant that lives in the ECF forum helped me trouble shoot it and determined it needed to be replaced. She told me to put in a Customer Service ticket through their website. I did that this morning.

I sent in a CS ticket around 8am about the clearomizer. At 8:58 they replied that they had opened a ticket and asked one question. I answered it at 10:36am. I got my order notice at 10:40 and my shipping notice at 12:48.

It would have been faster, but I was not sitting at my computer waiting for responses to give replies... LOL

Now, that is Customer Service.
