First, on their forum, here within ECF, they have a couple of people that almost live in the forum to assist and even joins in on a regular basis. One of them (Imagine) seems to live in the forum 24 hours a day. Answers posts and helps out at all kinds of hours. Early morning is about the only time she is not there.
Secondly, their Customer Service is great. Recently got an order - the end cap was missing - went to the online chat CS and they said they would take care of it - I was on my way out the door for the weekend - this was on Thursday - when we got back Saturday night the package was already here...
Lastly, the do not use DOA as a warranty and with these vaping supplies this is important. Everyone should give them a look - great company and they try to excel in every way...
