Hello again everyone.

I have another stupid question that I am hoping you long term users can answer for me. I started vaping a week ago when I decided to quit smoking the analog sticks. At night I find myself puffing away on my ecig almost constantly.

Is that a bad thing? I have needed to use it ALOT to keep from lighting up a real cigarette. I seem to be using it less than when I first started. But, at night when i'm watching TV I seem to pretty much puff on it all night (off and on) I am using a juice called "Spokane super sauce" it's medium strength and it's VG. Just wanted to make sure I am not gonna have a Nicotine overdose or anyting:D

It's very, VERY common to do that...especially early on. Like Liv2ski said, your body will tell you if you're getting too much nicotine. When you're first getting off cigarettes, you need (IMO) to do whatever it takes to curb the urges. It'll taper off later once you are used to being without all the nasty stuff BESIDES nicotine that is in cigarettes. It's a big adjustment period. Do whatever it takes......and enjoy it. Good luck.

I'm adding my "ashtray" juice made from old analog wet butts "extract" and PG to a normal e-juice. I'm running out of "butts" though because I don't smoke like before.

I have to say that sounds aweful. If you want to extract tobacco flavor why not just buy a pack and soak them??

speaking of "ashtray juice". Anyone here watch that TV show "Strange Addictions"? There was one episode where this girl was addicted to eating cigarette ash! Yes, she would dip her finger into ash trays and eat the ashes (uuuugggghhhh). She also was addicted to eating clay pottery. Where do they find these people?!?!

I had the same concern

I ended up smoking a cigarette after 2 weeks of vaping.

The cigarette gave me a headache, made me sick to my stomach, Vaping as much as I was didn’t do that.

I think am vaping a higher concentration of nicotine than you are ( currently 24mg )

I don’t think I am getting anywhere near the nicotine I was getting smoking a pack a day... which is a good thing.

Smoking a single ciggerette convinced me of that.

I saw that too... My understanding is that eating dirt, burned matches, clay etc. can be brought on by an iron deficiency (your body craves those flavors and you don't know why). I'm surprised her doctor didn't test her for that.

When I was a kid, my Mom would take a "pinch" of dirt from the plant on the kitchen window sill. Those little eccentricities remind me of how much I miss her.
