His link said that the Department of Transportation is considering a ban on ecigs outside of airline policy.... based on some idiot that wouldn't behave himself? That's not grounded in reason.. that's just making up laws because somebody was being unruly. In order for there to exist government policy affecting all airlines, to me, there would have to be some demonstrable risk such as electric failure or contamination. Like I said, some dude misbehaving on an airplane who happened to have an ecig doesn't qualify as a real reason for further ecig legislation.

at least it shouldn't...

that is why I brought it up... Found it on a news forum, and the comments were incredibly anti e-cig.
