anxious feeling, heart palpitations?

then after that you get anxious...then you start hyperventilating, because you think there's something wrong with your heart.
It's a catch 22

YUp - I get this if I vape on 24mg - for me its way too high - I can take a little but a lot puts me feeling anxious and nervy w/heart palps. Once I actually started feeling not exactly violent but sort of. So I try and stay around 12mg dropping to 0 before bed if I remember.
Its not PG or VG its just too much nic.

+1 on the too much nic. This happened to me a lil when i was vaping 24mg. Gets your heart racing and feels skipping/palptation(y)? lol

I had an instance with this, same feelings...felt like my heart was trying to punch through my chest and almost decided to go to the ER. It subsided though after 30 min or so. It is indeed scary as I have never felt anything like that before. I cut my nic back and have not had another episode like that since.
