I think I would be happy, if they just painted the engraved part of the dragon, and that would look even better if it was done on a zenkote gold or gun metal. Just picture the gold, with a green dragon, with red eyes.

I cheated! I wanted to see what it would look like with color, so since I always put clear wraps on, I just traced the outline on the wrap with a purple sharpie . I put another clear wrap over that. I get my wraps for about $3, so no big cost. If I want permanent I will send to OCD.
I forgot about the clear wraps, I was thinking of just using a acrylic paint, and brush painting them in, which would not last, but if I put a clear wrap over it, afterwards then it would last.

+1 for Zenkote dragon, and +2 for selling it directly to consumers. Availability at re-sellers in the Midwest seems awful, especially if you want something other than red LED.
