Yes Robert I have. BP is near normal levels now from being borderline high. vaping did the trick all by itself. Getting off analogs did wonders for me. Hope it does for everyone else too!

Many thanks--that is encouraging. Last year, my wife of 33 years was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I retired the same day in order to spend every minute with her. She lasted a month. Heavy depression and stress set in, and I was smoking analogs all day long. Didn't even count them.

My BP went from years of 125-130/80 to 140-145/80. Doc gave me 5 MG of pills and later upped to 10 mg. Now, over a year later, it's running even higher, 145-155/80. I have reduced salt [as best one can these days] added more fish/veggies/fruit, and control weight and exercise, but it's still high.

Doc is happy with my routine--except for my smoking.

Switched to 75% vaping about two weeks ago, and I think and hope that I am seeing minor improvements. It's running mostly 135-140/80 which is still too high, but slightly better. After smoking analogs and drinking too much coffee for 50 years, it's tough to quit.

But i am more motivated now, seeing that others have seen improvements with vaping. I will put the analogs in the basement so it's a bother to go get one. Trying hard to go full time vaping.

One motivator for getting off analogs and do nothing but vap [have not reached that goal yet] is my high BP. Doc has examined my diet, health, etc., and says my heavy analog smoking is the issue.

So, anyone get improved [lower] BP readings after changing to vap's?

Yep. Dropped 20 systolic and I vape as much as I used to smoke. Get off the analogues (when you're ready) but DONT STOP TAKING YER MEDS!!!!
