Everything you buy from China will have the tendency to leak. For example I bought a pack of Kanger T2s and one of them leaked, so 20% Failure rate. I've seen on youtube where good folks will have all five devices leak from a pack of five. That is just ridiculous. This is not going to stop until we all put our foot down and tell the manufacturers to make better quality products. There has been some discussion of this subject going on in some threads in different sub forum within this website.

And the funny thing is it only literally cost pennies to increase quality control to the point where we will only see a failure rate of less than 1%. But the nature of how manufacturing businesses are ran in China lend the situation to where we are today. That is if we have just one Clearomizer fail out of five then we don't really care - especially when you break down the cost of that Single piece and it ends up being $3 or less. As a Western society if it's that cheap then we tend not to care if something goes wrong. We thing, "Gee willakers that was only a few bucks, no wonder it failed - it's cheap anyways'. Well that thinking is very flawed. No matter what the cost is we need to hold the responsible parties responsible for their crap manufacturing. I would be more than happy to spend 50% more per unit if that means it will work right and not have issues from the get go.

Now to you question, you may want to look at some DCT tanks and some more expensive rebuild-able jobs. Though no matter what you get there will be the potential for leaking. Especially if you are not careful with what you are doing.

I had a DIY solution that is working well for me.. I took a phoenix ce3 fluxomizer (bottom coil variety) slit the top middle and bottom (above the atomizer) and jammed it in a LavaTank... the seal was so tight it CANT leak.. So that is workign well as a large tank solution for me.. 5ML Tank wth a 1.5ML bottom coil CE3 on a lavatube or Provari = 6.5ML leakproof tank..

very well said sir!!! the manufacturing is definitely a PIA. Rebuildables is picking up alot of steam, and its fairly simple. Best of all, you know it will work, no guessing, no hoping. For anyone thinking of trying rebuildables, but dont want to spend much, try Phoenix Bully Rebuildable Atomizer w/ Extra Coil and Wick [gv-BullyAtomizer] - $14.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

this little rebuildable dripping atomizer is fantastic, it holds 15-20 drops of liquid, doesnt leak AT ALL!! It has a sealed 510 connection. You can play with ss mesh if you like also, but standard silica and kanthal/nichrome works very well. for 15 bucks you cant beat it. They also have an XL version coming soon.

try the CE3 bottom coil clearo, they dont leak, I use them from time to time, if used proper;y. Also know known as the phoenix bottom coil I believe. I have only used the pheonix from gotvapes. it does a good job with juices that are not 100% VG.

Second this. I've been using the Phoenix bottom coils and no leaks at all. If you get some, be sure to watch one of the videos on them. You must fill them upside down with a syringe.

No leaks with the rebuildable "stardusts" for me yet. Don't excessively overfill or leave sitting in the hot sun though.

I've read that a little vaseline on the threads will help to seal a leaky tank.

Might be worth a try.:vapor::vapor:

Same here. My old non rebuildable Stardusts leak a little bit out the connector. The new rebuildable ones haven't leaked at all. Also, my mini vivi nova's don't leak.
