Any Copycat Mixers out there?

So, there is one juice that I REALLY REALLY like, Greenwich Village Menthol by Atlantic Vapor, and I've pretty much given up on finding something similar. It's a menthol without the harsh bitter menthol and it has just the right amount of tobacco and sweetness. When I try menthol juices they are too bitter and harsh and when I try more heavily tobacco juices I don't like the flavor. This issue is that Atlantic Vapor's prices are a bit on the high side and you cannot buy in bulk. Is there anyway to figure out what is in the juice I like and try to replicate it? In other words, are there any folks out there that I could pay to try to make a similar juice but in large quantities? I take it a simple lab test could give a general idea of the ingredients and a experienced mixer might even be able to replicate it by taste.
