Any CT vapors here?

Litchfield county here. Very new to ECF and vaping. I kept wondering why the Smoker's Discount World or 7-11's didn't (seem to) sell e-cigs like it seems other states do, but understand now. Shame too because a big concern I have is "what if i run out of supplies!"
