Hey I've been having a touch time finding a good site which offers sample packs as well as 3mg nicotine levels. Any suggestions would help. Thank you!

Virgin Vapors has great sample packs that give three 1.8 ounce sample bottles (your choice of flavors), and fill each to about 4.3 ml. As of now, you can only get the nic strength at omg or 12mg. Anyway - They have GREAT tasting e juices....

I don't think somebody who needs 3mg is going to be able to vape 12mg. 
Brady, 3mg samplers are gonna be tough to find, not a huge call for that mg.
If I were you I would just order 6mg and then 0mg in same flavor, mix together equal amounts, then you have 3mg. And lots of juice.

Haha thank you, but that will only work once I've found the right flavor! I didnt think of that 6mg to 0mg thing though, I'll keep that in mind for when I find the perfect everyday vape.
Normally I use 18mg for the little ego+Kayfun combo, but on my mech and dripper I need something at 3mg or else I'm going green!

do yourself a favor and forget about the sample pack, 3mg anyway limit you to only few companies, you dont want to limit yourself even more.
try 1-2 flavors from each company with the smallest bottle size, then try few more from the company you liked the most. it's not going to be that expensive IMO.
BTW not a lot of selection but few "premium brands" also offers ~3mg:

I mainly vape 3 mg, so let's see... Alice in Vapeland offers 3mg sampler packs and is a fantastic vendor overall but is only open for a short time on Tuesdays. The Vapor Chef has 3 mg, but doesn't have sampler packs per se - however, their smallest size is 6 ml for $4 each, so you can easily pretend that it's just a make your own sample pack =). Same goes for Bombies (7 ml for $5 each - they are open now so RUN), and Velvet Cloud Vapors (10 ml for $8.5 with REDDIT coupon code, so it's not really sample size anymore, but I do love their juice). Apart from there sample packs you can order juice at a 4mg
I have not vaped much from them
I have a friend who gave me a little of the kona cream
and it was amazing
and they have been on my radar for that reason that they do offer the 4 mg
as I have been lowering my nic
right now I am splitting time with 5 mg 6 mg 7.5 mg 8 mg and 9 mg
I do plan on giving them a try in a few months when I am ready to add a 4mg
after trying the kona I've been surprised I haven't heard much about them before
maybe when I get closer to trying them I start a thread asking what people think of them

That is what I was hinting at. It's the only way to ensure that you are getting that low of a nic level in every flavor without having to depend on special orders from distributors. I just started DIY and even though I am only on my 7th batch - I have mixed a few 10ml bottles, some at 12mg nic level and some at 18mg. I have to say that I was worried after taste-testing them but they taste much better after steeping for a few days.
They are truly amazing IMO. If you like coffee flavors, try their Double Espresso. It is great. I also tried the Pina Colada and Wild Blue Punch to round out my 3-Sampler Pack. They use mostly natural ingredients but they also have the Absolute Virgin line of products for those who want totally natural ingredients. I would highly recommend them and wish that I could get my hands on some of their recipe ratios!
I can second Vapor Chef and Velvet Cloud for the 3mg. Both send a sample that is also 3. I just got an order from Alice in Vapeland who has 3mg, but they sent me a 6mg sample. I plan to try it, because it was a flavor I was considering anyway. I can't vouch for Alice yet, because I'm finding the flavor good but not very strong. It hasn't had a good steep yet though.
