Any good recipes using Dragonfruit??

Im looking for some good recipes that use dragon fruit flavoring. any help is appreciated thanks!!

I mix Dragonfruit with Capellas Vanilla Custard, 40/60, makes it nice and creamy....sweeten to taste.

I LOVE the dragonfruit and I used the TFA flavoring. It needed a little bite, so I added raspberry at 1 drop per ml. I think it is pure heaven. Maybe add a creamy taste with whipped cream of bavarian custard.
