Hello...Ok am new to this....so bare with me. I have a vision spinner and vision spinner 2 batteries. I have several kangertech mini protank 3s, and a big kangertech protank 3. Now the reason why I got the bigger protank was because it held more liquid. But it seems that no matter which battery I use I am not getting the vapor or the throat hit that I crave. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????????? Do I need to get a different coil??? I really have no clue what coil is in it other than I know it is double. (see...told ya I was new) I thought it was an airflow thing...so I bought the add on airflow control valve for it...still don't like it. Its almost like it takes to long to heat up...and when I crank up the voltage...it tastes burnt and gross. and my battery wigs out...on all 3 batteries. HELP! lol
Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance...and please tell me in terms I might understand lmao or send a diagram....picture book...come do it for me...lol kidding.

I know exactly what you're talking about because I had the same exact build. My suggestion for you would be to keep it at a low voltage, but to take a few pre-puffs while holding the button down, wait about 2-3 seconds, and then take the hit you will inhale on the last puff. This normally worked fine for me, and gave me the satisfaction I was looking for. However, I recently got into mods and mech mods, and I gotta tell you, I will never go back to the generic Vision Spinners with prebuilt tanks. Even with those batteries you could get a drip tank and it would do much more justice.

Hi Granny...
Pro tank heads can vary on quality a lot. that being said...
It sounds like you should start with a lighter (as in color, darker juices funk coils quickly) juice with a bit more VG and up the nic content one notch (ie; 12mg to 18 mg)
On a spinner normally I find a 1.8 or 2.0 ohm coil at about 4.2 volts is satisfying. if it taste burnt it is either the coil overheating the the wick / juice, or it's not feeding the wick quickly enough. With Pro tanks i would sometimes "burp" them . Remove from the device, flip upside down and unscrew the base about 3/4 of the way to release any vacuum lock that may be present.
Other than that, learning to re-build the PT heads doesn't cost much and is quite simple with silica. It's an easy way to ensure quality and an easy way to tailor your vape.

Many new vapors get decent equipment to start with, and then end up wasting a lot of time and effort trying to get a hard to use dark juice to perform the way they think it should.
Lighter juices are much easier to get your head around when your learning how to modulate new equipment. Don't worry too much about vapor production until you figure out throat hit and actual physical satisfaction or you might get frustrated and revert to easier means.

Some of the ego size batteries have been reported to have problems handling the dual coil clearos, so that may be part of it.

But you don't say what you're putting into your toppers, i.e. nic level and PG/VG ratio. Could be the nic is too low for satisfaction, and nic and PG % in the mix will increase throat hit (you'll see that a lot around here as just TH ). High VG will produce more vapor and mute the taste a bit.

Many store bought blends are 50/50 PG/VG, as that's usually a decent compromise. But you can get flavors in a lot of different ratios. Higher PG will increase TH.

I want to thank you all for your help and info! Mostly I think 12mg nic and 50/50 ratio is what I have been putting in the tanks. I just ordered some new juices with 40 to 50% flavor boost and upped the pg and lowered vg... 70/30 ratio. I didn't know till after I ordered that the flavors would add more of that too. So I am kinda excited/ scared to see what I got lol No on a up note...I just received a new tank in mail that I got on ebay...nautilus mini adjustable airflow tank. I LOVE IT!!!!! getting my throat hit and darn near everything I have been looking for. So maybe its just the Kanger tank??? I got another one from ebay of those too...but waiting till my new juices to show up before I use it.
