Any horse people here?

I went trail riding last weekend and I actually came across another group on the trail vaping. Anyways, it wasn't until then that I thought, "well, we are all just normal people, carrying on normal lives" so I'm sure there have to be some other horse people out there.

Tell me about your kiddos, and share pictures if you want!

This is my girl Cheyenne. She's a 15 year old mustang and the very first horse I ever bought. She can be a brat, but I adore her, I've never had a connection with another horse like the one I've had with her.



When I first bought Cheyenne, her previous owners failed to disclose that she had been exposed to a stud. 11 months later, Cheyenne disappeared. We finally found her 3 days later....with a little surprise.

This is Stetson, he's coming up on 4 years, I have NO idea what she was bred to, but he's quite a bit taller than her with some pretty long legs, I'm thinking there is some TB inspiration in there somewhere. He's a great boy, will do anything you ask him to and has the sweetest disposition of any horse I've ever seen. He really is like a big dog!


Edit: I'm still kind of new around here. I know those pictures were small, is there a way to make pictures bigger? Sorry I'm technologically challenged sometimes!

I'm not a horse person, as in I don't own any. But I do love them, have ridden many times but wanted to pop in anyway!!
My brother however, is a BIG horse person, he even works shows/events for Clinton Anderson. He's done that for many years now.
I'm not sure, I think my brother has 4 horses at the moment, it sometimes changes. But he has: 2 Halflingers, a Paint, and ?? maybe a Quarter Horse, not 100% sure what the forth one is.

Hey Sammerson! We have a few horses too. vaping sure is handy in the country with weather as dry as its been here in south east Colorado this year. Nice looking mare you have there! Those little surprises can sure grow up to be good looking!

Hello My mom and sis have horses. I was put on one before I could even walk. Kind of got burnt out in my teens Although I am thinking a saddle broke mammoth jack mule would be awesome. Was watching Gunsmoke with my kids, and just loved the mule Festus was riding. You've got some nice looking Mustangs Nice bonus foal too!

Thanks guys...I love my kiddos! I've been out of town for a week or so for business so I didn't get a chance to check this thread, but I'm glad to see you guys stopped by.

I didn't realize just how much I loved my kids until I was away from them. When I got home I couldn't wait to go spend time with them. Cheyenne is my therapy, anytime I'm having a bad day, I just hug her neck and everything instantly becomes better!
